Zeno Campbell-Salmon
Producer

I studied fine art sculpture and have a good grounding in the arts, which allows me to approach jobs with a creative eye. After a few lonely years as a struggling artist, I decided to follow my friends who’d got into the film game. My early years were spent running, which at times involved sitting in a Toyota Previa and waiting outside Grouchos, while my successful chums partied.
I’ve been producing for over 20 years, starting in music videos before moving into commercials 16 years ago. I’m comfortable at all stages of production, from initial agency meetings and working with the director on treatments, to bidding, managing the budget and reconciling the job. I’ve worked on many technical and VFX heavy jobs and have a solid understanding of post-production.
While I love making production companies lots of money, I equally want to be proud of the finished article. I strive to make the journey as smooth, safe and enjoyable as possible.
Career highlights include giving Michael Fassbender and Jason Statham their first gigs, facilitating parts for Rod Stewart’s train set and shipping Olivier Girouds underpants back to him.
