One of the most important lessons I have learnt across the years is to always remain curious, not to be afraid to ask questions, to ensure you remain professional, calm, assertive and positive. 

A large part of a PM’s role is to know how to work with people, how to ensure they have confidence in you and your ability.  It is also important to remain upbeat – this can be a vital anchor to the project and those involved.

All of this comes with experience and that’s something I have in abundance!
