Katie Scott

Following 3+ years in house at BAFTA winning production company, The Corner Shop, Katie has stepped into the freelance landscape specialising in the production of music videos, commercials, branded content and events. During her time in house, she gained extensive experience across all stages of production, from bid through to shoot and post.

Since going freelance she’s had the opportunity to work on commissions for clients including Island Records, Honda, New Balance and Empire Records as producer and production manager.

While production-focussed, Katie’s experience also extends into creative development from pitching, researching, shooting and directing – with her debut projects having been recognised at the British Arrows, 1.4 and Shiny Awards. Her multi-faceted experience in the industry allows her to wear many hats and handle any challenge with an unwavering tenacity.

In addition, Katie is a versed treatment designer, director’s assistant and visual researcher. She’s had the opportunity to work alongside leadingtalents in the industry including Sara Dunlop, Sindha Agha and Ellen Kuras, and is excited to gain further experience within this grade.
