Greg Hagen

After completing a BSc in Audio Recording in 2008, Greg began building up a reputation as a valuable member of any sound team. He spent 6 years moving through the ranks from Sound Assistant to Boom Operator and from low budget features to major pictures and TV drama. Greg then set his sights on the top job in sound. To do this he moved away from features and TV drama, which, in hindsight was an extremely valuable career move.

Greg went on to record on commercials, TV entertainment and documentaries, setting himself up with a depth of style and technology experience that very few mixers can boast. He now works primarily in commercials, loving the high end, short form nature of the craft and continues to work with some of the biggest directors and production companies in advertising. Greg loves a challenge and his personal goal for 2024/25 is to win some industry awards for his mantlepiece.
