Sam Mendelssohn has worked in the industry since 1990. He started as a 19yr old runner in London with the commercials company Guard, Philips, Hughes and Lowe.

In 1992 Sam moved to Los Angeles, where he lived in the hills and worked as a sound playback operator on music videos with the likes of Michael Jackson, Madonna, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Snoop Dogg, to name a few. He has a few tales to tell of that time as you can imagine. He progressed to boom operating and mixing before returning to London in 1998. Over the last 20 years he has worked on music videos and commercials with some of the biggest names in the industry.
