Neil Andrews

Neil Andrews is a highly experienced Producer who has worked in over 30 countries, specialising in crafting compelling narratives across film, music videos & commercials. During his 15 years at Pulse Films, Neil worked alongside some of the most renowned talent in the industry, including Ninian Doff, Oscar Hudson, Sam Pilling & Bassam Tariq. In 2022 Neil delivered the critically acclaimed, multi award winning, feature documentary Name Me Lawand, directed by Edward Lovelace.

He’s a calm, collaborative and thoughtful producer who enjoys being tested by the most difficult of productions. Neil prides himself on the lasting relationships he’s built over the last 20+ years in the industry with brands, agencies and crew. 

Neil’s work has been recognised by all the major global awards, including D&AD, British Arrows, Ciclope, AICP and Cannes Lions. In 2023 he received the Achievement in Production award at the British Arrows (Gold), AICP (winner) & Cannes Lions (Bronze) for B&Q ‘Flip’ (dir. Oscar Hudson).

Neil lives in Chiswick with his wife, Daisy, and their 2 children.
