Matthew Serafini

I’m a former performer turned production all-rounder, with over seven years’ experience in the production industry. I’ve discovered that I’m happiest when I’m right in the middle of the organised chaos, surrounded by like-minded people. These days I’m a Production Manager, working on UK and international shoots, of all variety of budgets.

Having worked across multiple roles in-house at Pulse Films, I’ve built a deep understanding of how every part of a production fits, and I pride myself on staying calm, collaborative and relentlessly thorough, even on the wild days.

I thrive in a fast-paced environment, I genuinely love what I do, and I like to think I make the process smoother for everyone involved. And yes, despite being Australian born and bred, I really am that polite on set.
