Islay Leefe-Griffiths

After two years inhouse at animation house Nexus Studios I went freelance in 2019.

Looking for more experience on set I spent the next couple of years working on music videos, events and fashion jobs as well as branded content.

More recently I’m focusing on commercial PAing as I work on app developing during my days off – with the aim of creating tools to automate production processes.

I’m a spreadsheet swot but also love the social side of production, collaborating with agents, crew, cast and suppliers to get the job done.

In March ’24 I attended the ScreenSkills HETV Travel & accommodation coordinator and clearance coordinator training, I’m often cast & travel co-ordinating and it’s one of my favourite roles.
