When I first started out at the age of 16 on Saving Private Ryan, I wanted to be a 1st AD. I soon realised it was a lot of hard work so I chose production instead! Hindsight is real! I’ve had some cracking times on my journey, working with legends of/in the industry, in the most incredible (and sometimes pretty bizarre) locations, planning the biggest events of a client’s career and, nine times out of ten, laughing my way through it! I embrace the highs and lows. Just as well, as there are plenty! 13 hour PPM anyone? Yes really! I throw myself into every production and frequently pinch myself just to remind me that I’ve lucked out with a job that I love!
